Account Manager

About the role

As a Longtail Account Manager for the DACH region at Perk, you will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of customers using our Travel and Spend solutions. You will build lasting relationships, solve challenges, and drive commercial outcomes across both product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of long‑tail accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Balance proactive relationship management with reactive support, anticipating needs and handling inbound queries.
• Champion Perk’s solutions to clients and represent client interests within the company.
• Identify growth opportunities, driving expansion, upsell, and retention, including cross‑selling between Travel and Spend.
• Develop deep product knowledge to guide customers through their journey and maximize platform value.

Required profile

• Native or advanced German and fluent English.
• Self‑starter with a customer‑focused, commercial mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to prioritize across a portfolio.
• Team player eager to collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Motivation to incorporate AI and technology to work smarter.
• Basic commercial acumen and hunger to learn.
