Account Manager – Longtail DACH

About the role

As a Longtail Account Manager for the DACH region, you will own a dedicated portfolio of accounts, building lasting relationships and driving commercial outcomes across Perk’s Travel and Spend solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of longtail accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Balance proactive relationship management with reactive support, anticipating needs and handling inbound queries.
• Identify and act on growth opportunities, driving expansion, upsell, and retention, including cross‑selling between Travel and Spend.
• Develop deep product knowledge to guide customers through their journey and maximize platform value.

Required profile

• Native or advanced German and fluent English.
• Self‑starter with a customer focus and commercial mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to prioritize across a portfolio.
• Team player eager to collaborate cross‑functionally and incorporate AI tools.
• Basic commercial acumen and motivation to learn and grow.
