About the role
We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our remote team in Spain. You will act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term partnerships that drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering an excellent client experience.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions and recommendations.
- Monitor account performance and ensure client objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects, services, and support efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long‑term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.
- Resolve client concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy.
Required profile
- Valid EU citizenship or residency permit to work in Spain.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2) and any required local language.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in account management, digital marketing, customer success or outbound sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
