Account Manager – UGC Community (Beauty)

About the role

SAMY is looking for an Account Manager to lead the development and growth of a UGC creator community for a renowned beauty group, L'Oréal. The role connects brands, creators and internal teams, keeping the community active, authentic and aligned with business objectives. It is based in Madrid and is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the UGC community strategy: define objectives, KPIs and action plans to attract, activate and retain content creators.
• Manage client relationships as the main point of contact, presenting results, recommendations and next steps proactively.
• Coordinate and lead the team, allocating tasks, overseeing timelines and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Manage and engage the creator network: recruitment, onboarding, briefings, deliverables and relationship management.
• Analyse performance and drive optimisation, monitoring engagement, conversions, affiliate sales and content quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UGC communities, affiliate programmes or creator/influencer management.
• Genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of trends and social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience leading teams, with strong communication, delegation and motivational skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage several priorities and deadlines at once.
• Results-oriented, proactive, creative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
