Account Support Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is recruiting an Account Support Manager in Las Rozas. The role is designed as onsite, with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner or customer office. You will act as a reference for the customer and lead the delivery team and resources for assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery team and resources for assigned accounts and monitor the cost of delivery and the total customer experience
• Monitor actual service levels against the agreed SLAs and proactively propose improvements to the customer's IT environment
• Provide consultative IT advice, collaboration and operational best practices, using Value Based Delivery (VBD) processes to reduce business risk and maximise the return on IT investment
• Know the customer's IT environment end to end and run Support Planning and Review meetings to align the customer and accelerate delivery
• Support problem and escalation management, identify upselling opportunities and support growth, profitability and account retention
• Work with Sales and Pursuit teams on cross-BU strategies, and take part in pre-sales, post-sales and renewal activities
• Keep the customer informed on all aspects of service support and understand project and change management procedures

Required profile

• First-level university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in related fields desired
• Able to build and manage a cross-cultural, cross-team and cross-business team
• Native Spanish and fluent English required
• Willingness to work in Madrid
