Account Support Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for an Account Support Manager based in Las Rozas, working onsite at an HPE partner or customer office. The role acts as a reference for the customer, leads the delivery team and resources for assigned accounts and covers the cost of delivery and the total customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery team and resources for assigned accounts and monitor actual service levels against agreed SLAs
• Propose improvements and changes to the customer's IT environment and give consultative IT advice and operational best practices
• Use Value Based Delivery (VBD) processes to reduce business risk and maximise the return on the customer's IT investment
• Run support planning and review meetings, support escalation management and identify upselling opportunities to support growth, profitability and account retention
• Work with Sales and Pursuit teams and take part in pre-sales, post-sales and renewal activities
• Keep close contact with the customer on all aspects of service support and understand project and change management procedures

Required profile

• First-level university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in related fields desired
• Able to build and manage a cross-cultural, cross-sector and cross-business team
• Native Spanish and fluent English required
• Willingness to work in Madrid
