Accounting Manager – LATAM

About the role

Fever is seeking an Accounting Manager with deep experience in the Latin American market to join its headquarters accounting team. The role will oversee all accounting operations for Fever’s LATAM subsidiaries, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting operations for all LATAM entities, supervising cash flows, invoicing, and regulatory compliance.
• Review and close monthly and annual accounts, including provisions for deferred revenue and depreciation, in line with local standards and group policies.
• Implement new accounting processes and scalable financial tools to support rapid growth across the Atlantic.
• Develop and maintain internal controls; act as primary contact for external and internal audits and LATAM compliance matters.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects such as Navision ERP development and financial tool optimization.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing accounting functions for subsidiaries in Latin America.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands‑on mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with legal, operations, and brand partnership teams.

Required skills

• Navision ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision) implementation and usage.
