Accounting & Reporting Analyst – Finance Transformation

About the role

INSUD PHARMA is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Analyst to join its finance transformation journey. Based in Madrid, you will support the monthly close, statutory reporting and working‑capital analysis for assigned business units while gaining full visibility of the finance process from cash‑to‑cash to record‑to‑report.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Record‑to‑Report (R2R) cycle for assigned units, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual closes.
• Own Cash‑to‑Cash reporting and working‑capital analysis, coordinating with Treasury, AP and AR teams.
• Prepare and review standalone statutory financial statements and support external audits in compliance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
• Assist in the preparation of the Annual Accounts (Cuentas Anuales) with full documentation and traceability.
• Produce management and group reporting packages for internal stakeholders, translating data into clear decision‑useful insights.
• Drive process standardisation, efficiency improvements and automation initiatives across finance.
• Participate in finance transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA migrations and other digitalisation efforts.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• 3‑5 years of experience in accounting, consolidation, reporting, controlling or audit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
• Experience with month‑end close, statutory reporting and working‑capital analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively across finance, treasury and business units.
