Additive Manufacturing Spares Planner – Global

About the role
HP is looking for a worldwide planner to lead the introduction, stabilization and end‑of‑life management of additive manufacturing spare parts. You will coordinate supply‑chain activities across three geographies, ensuring optimal inventory levels and reliable delivery for our 3D printing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 3D operations for spare parts at a global level, covering inventory analysis, demand planning, import/export, and sales‑and‑operations planning (SOP).
- Own the spares portfolio from product introduction through end‑of‑life, crafting monthly shipment plans for all factories while respecting inventory boundaries.
- Identify and drive process‑improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate demand‑supply matching, connect planning to execution, and flag issues that could impact delivery.
- Work cross‑functionally to prioritize backlog and partner with global business units, regional teams and supply bases to generate accurate demand signals.
- Define, monitor and review performance metrics, proposing corrective actions as needed.
Required profile
- Four‑year degree or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2‑3 years of experience in supply chain, operations or a related discipline.
- Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
- Strong analytical mindset with continuous‑improvement orientation.
