Administrativo/a Logística

About the role

TCR is looking for an Administrative Logistics professional to coordinate fleet transport, manage the receipt, storage and distribution of GSE equipment, and ensure timely delivery that meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and unloading at origin and destination points.
• Resolve incidents occurring during transports.
• Request airport access permits and obtain quotations for airport machinery transport.
• Create purchase orders and work orders in the ERP system.
• Maintain and update the logistics database and generate equipment transfer reports.
• Communicate with customers and support billing tasks.

Required profile

• Mid-level education: Vocational training (medium or higher) in Administration and Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar logistics administration functions.
• Good level of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365.
• Experience using SAP.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for order processing.
