The Admissions Manager will lead the student admissions process at Newton College, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment journey for prospective learners. This role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day coordination to meet enrollment targets while upholding the school’s safeguarding and inclusion values. The successful candidate will embody the ISP principles, promoting student wellbeing, safeguarding, and an inclusive culture. They will also ensure compliance with all safeguarding procedures and foster an environment of respect and equity among applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire student admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Monitor admissions performance metrics and produce regular reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to align admissions activities with school policies and safeguarding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in admissions management or a similar recruitment role.
