Advertiser Account Manager – Russian Speaker

About the role

ExoClick is looking for an energetic Advertiser Account Manager who speaks Russian to join its Barcelona office. You will manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large global advertisers, ensuring their campaigns meet ROI targets while driving revenue for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, optimize and report on online advertising campaigns using ExoClick’s technology.
• Maintain regular client contact, provide performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Negotiate agreements, pricing and identify cross‑selling or upselling opportunities.
• Prospect and qualify new leads to expand your portfolio.
• Keep CRM data up to date and share insights with the sales team.

Required profile

• Experience managing 30+ advertiser accounts, preferably as a media buyer, affiliate or traffic manager.
• Highly organized, proactive and strong communicator.
• Analytical mindset with solid calculation and statistical skills.
• Team player who can collaborate across publishing, performance and customer success teams.
• Fluency in Russian; French or Chinese is a plus.
