About the role

ASM is seeking enthusiastic coaches to lead after‑school sports programs, focusing on the holistic development of student‑athletes through skill instruction, life‑skill guidance, and a safe, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver progressive sport‑specific skill sessions tailored to each athlete’s development level.
Promote teamwork, leadership, fair play and global citizenship while maintaining a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.
Communicate regularly with athletes, families and program leaders to ensure alignment and progress.
Monitor health and safety, proactively addressing any risks and preparing for emergencies.

Required profile

Physical Education degree or coaching certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to provide a CV, cover letter in English, relevant credentials, background‑check clearance and proof of eligibility to work in Spain (NIE/DNI).
