Agency Campaign Manager – Performance Media (French Speaker)

About the role

As an Agency Campaign Manager at Criteo, you will lead the implementation and execution of performance‑media campaigns for French‑speaking clients across multiple agencies and direct accounts. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to take campaigns from planning through reporting and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Strategists to support and grow assigned books of business.
• Lead operational delivery of campaigns, ensuring accurate set‑up, launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Provide first‑level client reporting, short‑term optimisations and performance monitoring using third‑party attribution tools.
• Manage end‑to‑end budget, targeting, tactics and creative adjustments to exceed client objectives.
• Conduct technical implementation of ad campaigns aligned with client KPIs.
• Maintain inventory, generate custom reports and oversee new campaign launches.
• Analyse performance data, troubleshoot issues and anticipate seasonal trends.
• Coordinate internal support teams (Finance, Data, Technical Solutions, Product) and attend training sessions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and adapting strategies for both broad and individual client needs.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused and able to propose innovative ideas.
