AI-Native QA Automation Engineer

About the role

BVNK, a stablecoin-powered financial stack for enterprises now part of Mastercard, is hiring a QA Automation Engineer in Spain, Poland, Bulgaria or South Africa. The team ensures the end-to-end integrity of Fiat and Crypto products, and the goal is to move testing from "automated" to "autonomous" by building intelligent testing systems that predict failures, self-heal scripts and use LLMs.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain automation frameworks that prioritise AI-powered test generation, execution and self-healing
• Implement AI-driven quality gates in the CI/CD pipeline to predict regression risks before code is merged
• Use Generative AI to create complex, high-integrity test data for global payment scenarios
• Analyse logs and system behaviour with AI to provide insights beyond traditional testing tools
• Act as subject matter expert on emerging AI tools such as Claude Code and LangChain to upskill the QA team

Required profile

• Early adopter of LLMs and agentic workflows, using AI to architect solutions rather than just write snippets
• Expert-level Python and ability to navigate Java environments
• Hands-on experience with PyTest, Playwright and K6
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI for test case generation and automated bug triaging
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and interest in integrating AI-driven testing into the deployment lifecycle
• Attention to detail and speed in a fast-moving FinTech environment

• Fair and competitive salary, with ranges of EUR 40,000-70,000 in Bulgaria, EUR 50,000-80,000 in Spain and 250,000-320,000 PLN in Poland
