AI Transformation Specialist

About the role

The AI Transformation Specialist will drive the rollout, adoption and continuous improvement of AI tools across the organisation. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure employees gain measurable value from AI‑powered solutions and the internal Knowledge Hub.

Key responsibilities

• Support company‑wide deployment of AI tools and new features to increase usage.
• Monitor adoption metrics, usage trends and employee feedback.
• Identify emerging AI technologies with potential business impact.
• Coordinate training sessions and enablement initiatives for staff.
• Maintain and enhance the Knowledge Hub’s content, structure and usability.
• Assist with LLM integrations to improve search relevance and knowledge retrieval.
• Collaborate with product, HR and operations teams to align AI tools with business workflows.
• Prepare reports and dashboards that track adoption, engagement and performance.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in AI/ML is a plus.
• Strong passion for AI and hands‑on experience with AI solutions.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyse adoption data, feedback and performance indicators.
• Curiosity to translate data insights into business impact.

Required skills

• Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
• Productivity tools (Notion, Miro, Slack, Microsoft 365).
• Knowledge‑base systems (Confluence, Guru, SharePoint).
• Project‑management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Data‑visualisation tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau – nice‑to‑have).
