Airline FTM Engineer (Airframe Systems)

About the role

CAE Parc is looking for an experienced Airline FTM Engineer (Airframe Systems) to join its Airline Technical Services department in Madrid. You will contribute to Fleet Technical Management for clients across a range of projects, delivering efficient solutions while ensuring compliance with airworthiness and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support within Airline Fleet Technical Management services, ensuring compliance with airworthiness and regulatory requirements.
• Assess AD, SB, VSB and other OEM in-service documentation, advise on actions, schedule them and follow up.
• Manage project timelines with a focus on operational and safety constraints.
• Maintain accurate records, reviewing maintenance history and compliance records.
• Act as the main contact between operators, OEMs, regulators and service providers.
• Take part in aircraft data import projects within Maintenance Information Systems.
• Carry out several projects at once as assigned by the Fleet Technical Management Leader.

Required profile

• 4+ years of technical aviation background through hands-on roles in airline CAMO, independent CAMO, manufacturer tech services or MROs.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems ATA chapters and proficiency with Airbus and Boeing fleets.
• Familiarity with EASA/FAA regulatory requirements and aircraft records, maintenance documentation and MSG-3.
• Ability to simplify complex processes, draft procedures and work under pressure.
• Preferred: practical MIS experience (AMOS or Trax) and hands-on CAMO experience.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
