Airport Representative – Gran Canaria

About the role

Join Jet2holidays' Gran Canaria Airport team as an Airport Representative, delivering a warm welcome and seamless experience for customers arriving and departing. You will act as the main point of contact during flight disruptions, emergencies, and everyday interactions, ensuring memorable journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly Jet2holidays smile and provide welcome packs and transfer information.
• Serve as the primary contact during flight disruptions, emergencies, and customer escalations.
• Represent Jet2holidays in the arrivals hall and departures terminal, guiding and assisting passengers throughout their airport experience.
• Collaborate with transfer providers and support operations both inside the terminal and at the coach park to ensure a VIP experience.
• Distribute essential holiday information onboard transfer coaches and at the airport.

Required profile

• Full right‑to‑work documents for Spain (local contract).
• Residency on Gran Canaria or ability to arrange personal accommodation.
• Availability to travel to the airport at any hour, including nights, weekends, and split shifts.
• Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, and extended periods standing outdoors, especially in summer.
• Ability to handle flight disruptions, emergencies, and customer escalations with care.

Required skills

• Comfortable using digital systems on a tablet device.
