About the role

Barceló Group is looking for a Data Analyst specialized in electronic payments. You will join a cross‑functional team to turn payment data into actionable insights that improve conversion and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze electronic payment transactions and related metrics.
• Design, build, and automate reports and dashboards.
• Detect incidents, anomalies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Optimize approval rates and payment conversion.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance and Risk teams.
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Education in quantitative or technological fields.
• Preferable training in data analysis, Business Intelligence or payment systems.
• Experience in data analysis, ideally in e‑commerce, fintech or payment environments.
• Strong analytical mindset, result‑orientation and attention to detail.
