Analytics Engineering Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Analytics Engineering Manager to own and evolve Airalo’s self‑service analytics infrastructure. You will be responsible for the semantic layer, core data models, dashboards and the Lightdash platform that enables teams worldwide to answer their own questions at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand a team of analytics engineers, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, documentation and user empathy.
• Drive the rollout and adoption of Lightdash as the single source of truth for business reporting.
• Design, build and govern the semantic layer and core data models that support a 20M+ user base.
• Own end‑to‑end dashboard development, from executive reporting to operational views, and transition ownership to analysts.
• Collaborate with the Director of Data and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate analytical needs into production‑grade data solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics engineering or data engineering teams in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong understanding of self‑service analytics, data modeling and metric governance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working remotely across Spain or the United Kingdom.
