Android Engineer – Mobile App Development

About the role

We are looking for an Android Engineer to join our Tech Hub in Valencia. You will help shape the flagship Urban Sports Club app, delivering exceptional user experiences for a fast‑growing international wellness platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build advanced Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
• Write unit tests to ensure robustness, covering edge cases and usability.
• Fix bugs and continuously improve application performance.
• Explore and adopt new technologies to increase development efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, UI design principles, and handling multiple screen sizes.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, Maps API, and push notifications.
• Familiarity with Google’s Android design guidelines and common Android libraries.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
