Architect – Basic Design Project

About the role

The firm is seeking a qualified architect to lead basic design projects for luxury residential villas on the Costa del Sol. The role involves producing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Marbella urban planning regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear architectural plans and drawings from concept through execution.
• Develop schematic, executive, and construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct site evaluations to monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and external partners to define goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Marbella urban planning and Costa del Sol building requirements.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture and construction, preferably on luxury villas or bespoke residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Marbella urban planning regulations and local permitting processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
• High level of technical English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with BIM methodology.
