Assistant Account Manager – French Market

About the role

Join Click&Boat’s Supply team in Barcelona as an Assistant Account Manager focused on the French market. You will support boat owners in onboarding their vessels and ensure a high‑quality experience across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new partners (approximately 80% of time), guiding them through listing creation, photo uploads and platform usage.
• Manage existing accounts by updating ads, keeping calendars current and answering owner queries.
• Conduct side missions such as market research, preparing weekly/monthly presentations and supporting seasonal operational needs.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer‑facing experience (internship, summer job or similar).
• Dynamic, phone‑savvy and motivated by customer satisfaction.
• Team‑player who takes initiative and is interested in a fast‑moving start‑up environment.
