Assistant Manager Product Analytics

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Personal & Commercial Product Analytics will support RBC’s Caribbean banking division by delivering data‑driven insights that shape product strategy and improve market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging issues and trends to inform business decisions.
• Recommend and implement analytical solutions based on issue analysis.
• Align stakeholder expectations with data requirements.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports and interactive dashboards.
• Promote reporting automation, self‑serve analytics and an analytics‑driven culture.
• Support enterprise data migration initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of analytics experience within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques for portfolio analysis and recommendation development.
• Proven ability to communicate ideas effectively and influence stakeholders.
