Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Barceló Nura team in Menorca. The role supports the restaurant and bar operations, drives sales, controls costs and ensures a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the defined service processes.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by planning promotional actions and training the team.
• Organise and coordinate all restaurant and bar services.
• Control costs by efficiently managing available resources.
• Lead the staff, providing training, motivation and development.
• Maintain service quality in line with customer expectations and the Maitre’s instructions.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in Hospitality, a degree in Tourism or HACCP certification.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar position.
• High level of English; a second language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Good communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Professional personal image.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge.
• Proficiency with office software.
