Assistant Spa Manager (2ª Jefe/a de Spa-1)

About the role

The Spa Assistant Manager supports the Spa Director in delivering high‑quality wellness services at Barceló Hotel in Cádiz. You will help achieve service, client satisfaction and operational efficiency targets while ensuring compliance with all protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate to meet service, client satisfaction and wellness process efficiency objectives.
• Support supervision and control of protocol compliance.
• Propose and coordinate promotional offers for client acquisition, subject to Hotel Director approval.
• Manage the Spa team in the Director’s absence (recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, leaves, etc.).
• Participate in administrative and accounting tasks related to SPA reception payments.
• Oversee procurement of materials and products used in service delivery.
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance of facilities, reporting any issues to Housekeeping and Maintenance.

Required profile

• University degree or higher specialized qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar spa management role.
• Strong commercial orientation and customer focus.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is valued.
