Assistant Store Manager - Levi's Barcelona

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for its Levi's store in Barcelona, Portal de l'Angel. You will represent the brand image and values while working alongside the Store Manager to manage store operations and the team. The position is full time and part time.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
• Set daily and weekly sales targets for the store team and monitor KPIs and team performance through reports, updating the Store Manager on action plans
• Control costs and store operations such as stock management, payroll, administration and rosters
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
• Maintain strong visual standards across the store

Required profile

• Passion for the brand and commitment to its values
• Strong customer service skills and previous experience leading and developing a team
• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience managing store operations, stock and admin duties
• Ability to motivate and drive the team to exceed KPIs
• English is essential
