Associate Director, Scientific Content (Neuroscience)

About the role

The Associate Director, Scientific Content (Neuroscience) leads the planning, development and delivery of high‑quality scientific and medical materials for the Neuroscience portfolio within the International Medical Centre of Excellence (IMACE). Reporting to the Head of Scientific Content Portfolio, the role translates global medical strategies into actionable content plans and ensures consistent, compliant communication across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Support definition and execution of the Scientific Content pillar strategy, objectives and metrics for the Neuroscience portfolio.
• Translate International Medical and therapeutic‑area strategies into clear content roadmaps aligned with product lifecycle and evidence plans.
• Provide portfolio‑specific insights, monitor the external scientific landscape and flag emerging data or competitive developments.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver compliant scientific materials such as slide decks, iSEC, core HCP resources and MSL training content.
• Ensure scientific accuracy, alignment with approved labels and positioning, and consistent application of content frameworks and modular reuse principles.
• Oversee complex or launch‑critical materials, support launch readiness and lifecycle activities, and contribute to governance forums and leadership reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in scientific content development or medical affairs within neuroscience.
• Strong understanding of global medical strategies, evidence generation and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, International Medical Affairs and regional stakeholders.
