Associate Web Developer

About the role

Tech Pipeline is looking for an Associate Web Developer to strengthen the practical plumbing of its digital environment. You will replace fragile spreadsheets and manual email chains with reliable web‑based tools that keep data flowing smoothly across internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain functional web forms and internal dashboards that support specific business processes.
• Clean up existing frontend codebases, removing manual workarounds and reducing technical debt.
• Connect frontend components to internal APIs and databases to ensure data consistency across departments.
• Write clear documentation and standard operating procedures for every tool you create.
• Automate manual data‑entry tasks by implementing validation and routing logic.
• Test interfaces for speed and accuracy, guaranteeing a frictionless user experience.
• Map data flows to illustrate how information moves from a user action to final reports.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Logical, root‑cause troubleshooting mindset.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in plain English.
• Strong attention to detail in data capture, storage, and display.
• Preference for building durable, predictable tools over trendy designs.
• Comfort working fully remotely with clear written communication.
• Basic understanding of version control using Git.
