Audit Manager – Travel Insurance Integration

About the role

The Audit Manager will lead audit activities for Zurich Cover-More as it integrates the newly acquired Travel Guard business, ensuring robust risk assessment and governance across the expanded travel insurance operation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and execute audit activities related to the global integration of the newly acquired Travel Guard business.
• Perform risk assessment, develop audit scope, identify key risks and evaluate the environment using data analytics, IT fundamentals and GenAI.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, produce high‑quality audit reports with business impact analysis and root‑cause findings.
• Collaborate with Group Audit, regional technical centres of excellence and wider regional teams to deliver audit outcomes.
• Contribute to building a leading audit function by applying agile methods and innovative audit approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or professional qualification (CPA, CIA, CISA, MBA, etc.).
• 6+ years of internal audit, risk management or compliance experience in the insurance industry (or 8+ years in insurance business roles).
• Strong understanding of internal audit standards, internal control frameworks and insurance business, travel insurance a plus.
• Proven relationship‑management and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent project‑management, report‑writing and communication abilities in English.
