Automotive Product Engineer – Valencia

About the role

We are seeking an Automotive Product Engineer to join our Valencia team. You will work on the development and launch of aesthetic plastic components for a leading Tier‑1 automotive supplier, ensuring feasibility, quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive project briefs and prepare RFQ quotations.
• Conduct mold, part and process feasibility studies, including quality assessments.
• Monitor launch phase in the plant, identify and resolve production issues.
• Perform part capacity and tolerance analyses.
• Review prototypes, propose design modifications and create gauges.
• Maintain documentation such as RFQ, SCCAF, TGSS, cost‑saving reports and quality regulations.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
• Hands‑on experience with aesthetic plastic parts.
• Proven ability to carry out feasibility studies, design reviews and launch‑phase problem solving.
• High level of English proficiency.
