Autonomous Engineer – Autonomous Vehicle Venture

About the role

We are looking for an Autonomous Engineer to own the autonomy stack for our electric tractor platform. You will work closely with the founders to turn user needs into a fully‑tested, market‑ready system that can operate in vineyards, olive orchards and citrus groves across Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain end‑to‑end data ingestion pipelines, from raw sensor streams to labelled datasets.
• Select, train and iterate on machine‑learning models that enable autonomous navigation.
• Develop and expose APIs for real‑time data processing and model serving.
• Plan and execute testing campaigns in both virtual simulators and real field environments.
• Define verification and safety criteria and ensure compliance throughout development.
• Manage model deployment, monitoring and user communication for new releases.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and passion for solving hard engineering problems.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end autonomous or robotics solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑growing startup.
