Autonomous Vehicle Operator

About the role

We are seeking reliable, detail‑oriented drivers to join an innovative autonomous vehicle testing project in Madrid. You will operate and monitor advanced automotive systems in real‑world environments, following assigned routes and test procedures while ensuring safety and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate and supervise test vehicles during daily operations.
• Take manual control of the vehicle whenever necessary.
• Follow assigned routes, operational procedures, and shift schedules.
• Monitor vehicle behavior and road conditions throughout testing.
• Document incidents, observations, and operational feedback accurately.
• Use in‑vehicle systems, smartphones, and digital tools during operations.
• Maintain a strong safety‑focused and professional mindset at all times.

Required profile

• EU citizenship or legal authorization to work in Spain.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Working level of English.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain focused during long driving periods.
• Basic digital and smartphone skills.
• Willingness to travel to the United States for company‑supported training.

Required skills

• ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) knowledge.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle (AV) technologies.
• Understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Proficiency with digital tools and smartphone applications.
