About the role

The Night Reception Assistant ensures the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. This role combines security monitoring, guest assistance, and preparation for the morning service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular security rounds throughout the property to guarantee safety.
• Support reception colleagues by handling guest inquiries and incidents during the night.
• Monitor and maintain the order and condition of common areas.
• Prepare the breakfast area by arranging and organizing the buffet for the morning service.
• Set up outdoor spaces, including placement of pool loungers and related furniture.
• Assist with any additional operational tasks that enhance the hotel’s image and service quality.
