About the role

The Assistant Waiter will support the restaurant team at Hotel Torre de Madrid, ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service. This position involves helping guests settle, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the service area.

Key responsibilities

Assist in greeting guests and helping them settle at their tables.
Support direct customer service for food and beverage orders.
Participate in setting up, arranging, and clearing service stations.
Help with cleaning and maintaining the work area and equipment.

Required profile

Medium-level Hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
Mandatory HACCP (APPCC) training.
At least one year of experience in a similar role.
High level of English.
Team‑player attitude, stress tolerance, agility and good personal presentation.
