About the role

Join Barceló Nura as a Waiter Assistant, supporting the food and beverage service in a dynamic hotel environment. You will work closely with the service team to ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the service and sale of food and beverages with a degree of autonomy.
• Perform auxiliary tasks such as preparing work areas, setting tables, and arranging banquet equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of utensils and work zones.
• Support customer service, including billing and payment collection.
• Execute service duties under the supervision of the restaurant manager or delegated staff.

Required profile

• Interest in the hospitality sector; no prior experience required but valued.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Team spirit and willingness to collaborate.
• Physical capability to move beer barrels, carry trays, and stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of bar products, different types of beer and common cocktail recipes.
