About the role

The Royal Hideaway Hotel, part of the Barceló Group, is looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to support daily operations in its kitchen at Canfranc Estación. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring cleanliness, food preparation, and assistance to the culinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the kitchen in optimal hygiene and order.
• Clean, peel, and cut vegetables.
• Mix ingredients and assist in food preparation.
• Pluck poultry, chop meat, and descale fish.
• Keep kitchen tools and utensils clean.
• Help preserve raw materials and kitchen products.

Required profile

• Completed a Medium Level Culinary and Gastronomy training program.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen assistant role.
• No language requirement.
• Hospitality knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

• APPCC (Food Safety) certification.
