About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support the culinary team at a 5‑star hotel in Madrid. The role involves maintaining hygiene standards and assisting in daily food preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, ensuring optimal hygiene.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables.
• Mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Prepare poultry, chop meat, and scale fish.
• Maintain clean utensils and work surfaces.
• Assist in preserving raw materials and kitchen products.

Required profile

• Medium‑level culinary training (Ciclo formativo de Grado Medio de Cocina y Gastronomía) and a HACCP course.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen assistant role.
• No language requirement.
• Hospitality knowledge is a plus.
