Ayudante de Economato – Occidental Mar Menor

About the role

The Economato Assistant will support the hotel’s purchasing and inventory functions at the Occidental Mar Menor property in Murcia, ensuring that all goods and materials are procured, received and stored efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out qualified and responsible purchasing of goods and materials.
• Assist in determining the needs of different hotel areas and coordinate orders.
• Support the Economato Manager in supplier and merchandise registration.
• Receive deliveries, verify quantities, quality, expiration dates and process invoices.
• Monitor stock levels and control inventory.
• Handle storage, manipulation and organization of materials and products.

Required profile

• Medium-level vocational training in Administration, Purchasing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic English is desirable.
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector is a plus.
