About the role

The Technical Services Assistant will support the maintenance team of an Occidental hotel in Granada, ensuring that all technical areas are well‑maintained, safe and operating efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in controlling and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance across hotel facilities.
• Carry out improvement works and ensure technical areas remain clean and conserved.
• Handle guest complaints, requests and suggestions, escalating when necessary.
• Reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality.
• Coordinate room blockings with reception and housekeeping.
• Monitor external contractors to guarantee timely and proper execution of works.
• Supervise pool treatment processes.
• Perform exterior cleaning tasks.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a similar technical or maintenance role.
• Proficiency in English and/or German.
• Knowledge of hotel preventive and corrective maintenance systems is valued.
