Backend Developer (Node.js/TypeScript)

About the role

Omega CRM, a leader in Customer Experience services, is looking for a Backend Developer specialized in Node.js and TypeScript. You will join a multidisciplinary team to design, build and maintain high‑performance APIs that support our marketing and CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in the technical design of new projects and estimate effort.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve project objectives.
• Provide support, resolve technical issues and ensure system security and performance.
• Document processes, track performance metrics and generate technical documentation.
• Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
• Apply best‑practice development standards and adhere to Omega’s quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to develop RESTful APIs using Express.js.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, including data modelling, triggers and functions.
• Experience using Redis for session management and caching.
