About the role

Join the vibrant Food & Beverage team at SLS Barcelona, a five‑star urban resort on the waterfront. As a Barista you will craft high‑quality coffee and espresso‑based drinks while delivering attentive table service that enhances the guest experience in a luxurious setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas and other beverages according to brand standards.
• Take food and beverage orders, serve guests efficiently and ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Maintain the coffee station, keep supplies stocked and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and POS systems safely and accurately.
• Handle cash, credit‑card transactions and process payments with precision.
• Collaborate with restaurant, bar and kitchen teams to provide seamless service across all outlets.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations, departmental policies and service standards.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee and hospitality with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Supervisor.
• Excellent attention to detail and product knowledge.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support other F&B outlets as needed.
