About the role

Alsa, a top‑employer in sustainable multimodal mobility, offers a one‑month paid internship to support its infrastructure projects. You will gain hands‑on experience in document control, procurement, cost monitoring and project reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage documentation and administrative tasks such as plans, licences and technical files.
• Handle procurement: request quotes, compare prices, review offers and place orders for maintenance and renovations.
• Control costs by reviewing supplier certifications, processing invoices and tracking project budgets.
• Support project planning and reporting, preparing weekly/monthly progress presentations.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Industrial Engineering (focus on installations).
• High level of English (B2/C1).
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (plus).
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.

What we offer

• Remunerated internship: €900 per month, up to one month duration.
• Working hours: Monday‑Thursday 9:00‑18:00, Friday 8:00‑15:00; summer schedule Monday‑Friday 8:00‑15:00 (July‑August).
• One day of remote work per week.
• Workplace located in Alsa’s corporate offices in Madrid.
