Becario RRHH - Dos Hermanas, Sevilla

About the role

Randstad is looking for a HR Intern (Becario RRHH) to join its Dos Hermanas office. You will support the HR team in daily operations, gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee services while developing a solid understanding of talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job ads and screening candidate CVs.
• Support the coordination of interviews and candidate communications.
• Help with onboarding paperwork and employee file management.
• Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives and data reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree or postgraduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
