Bellboy – Guest Services & Concierge Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bellboy to join our team at the Cala San Miguel Ibiza Resort, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. You will support front‑desk and concierge operations, ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, and help maintain a welcoming environment for our visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with reception and concierge tasks, including guest check‑in/out support.
• Control, store, and transport guest luggage within the hotel and at entry points.
• Perform simple errands and tasks both inside and outside the property.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in reception and concierge areas.
• Monitor the premises, report incidents to the appropriate department, and oversee entry/exit of goods and personnel.
• Drive, park, and safeguard guest vehicles upon request.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Valid driving licence.
