Bellhop / Porter at Hotel Royal Hideaway Corales Resort

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Bellhop to join the team at the Royal Hideaway Luxury Resort in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. The role supports the front‑desk and concierge teams, ensuring guests’ luggage and vehicles are handled efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with reception and concierge tasks, including monitoring hotel facilities and equipment.
• Control, store and transport guests’ luggage within the hotel and at entry points.
• Perform simple errands and deliveries inside and outside the property.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in reception and concierge areas.
• Monitor premises, report incidents to the appropriate department and control access of goods, suppliers and staff.
• Drive and park guests’ vehicles on request, ensuring their security.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑service or hospitality roles.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Valid driving licence.
