Blue Collar Training Technician

About the role

Contemporary Star Energy is seeking a Blue Collar Training Technician to help design and deliver learning programmes that raise operator competence in its new Gigafactory. The role supports the company’s strategic goal of launching a carbon‑neutral battery production facility in Zaragoza.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operator training sessions and manage certification processes.
• Assist in implementing the production training system.
• Organise and complete certification for production‑department operators.
• Support promotion processes for operators.

Required profile

• Intermediate‑level vocational training.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Chinese culture and language is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a training department.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Zaragoza office.
