About the role

Join the Royal Hideaway Corales Villas team as a Breakfast Restaurant Waiter, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute food and beverage service autonomously and responsibly.
• Welcome guests, seat them when needed, and provide direct assistance during their meal.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of workstations and service equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio in Hospitality) with HACCP knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar waiter role.
• High proficiency in English.
• Additional knowledge in cocktail preparation and general restaurant operations is valued.
• Strong teamwork, stress tolerance, personal presentation, and customer‑orientation.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) certification.
• Cocktail preparation.
