BSI Project Coordinator (Battery Infrastructure)

About the role

PowerCo is building a new gigafactory in Sagunto (Valencia) to drive clean mobility across Europe. As a BSI Project Coordinator you will oversee the day‑to‑day execution of Battery Specific Infrastructure (BSI) projects, ensuring that equipment, materials and contractors are aligned with schedule, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily BSI activities, including equipment setup, material flow, headcount planning and ramp‑up activities.
• Develop, maintain and control detailed project schedules using Primavera, monitoring progress against timelines, budgets and risk registers.
• Coordinate HSE requirements for all contractors, ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with regulations.
• Act as the central point of contact for contractors, subcontractors and internal functions such as production, logistics, quality and procurement.
• Handle permitting, licensing and regulatory approvals, working with contractors to produce compliant execution documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project coordination or management within construction or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contractor management and schedule control.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory permitting procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to work across multiple functions and locations.
