Business and Management Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Business and Management Specialist to help train large‑scale language models on real‑world business scenarios. As a freelance AI trainer you will work remotely, using your knowledge of operations, strategy, and management to improve model reasoning and practical understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Design and present business case analyses, decision‑making frameworks, and operational scenarios to the AI model.
• Evaluate the model’s logical consistency, real‑world applicability, and identify failure modes.
• Document error traces and provide structured feedback to refine prompts and evaluation frameworks.
• Highlight areas where the model oversimplifies processes or misinterprets organizational behavior.

Required profile

• Background in business administration, management, economics, entrepreneurship, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in business operations, startups, corporate environments, consulting, or project coordination is valuable.
• Entry‑level candidates with strong problem‑solving abilities and clear, metacognitive communication are encouraged to apply.
